Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

In this unit I have learned about the qualities and roles of good teachers and learners, differences between young and adult learners, and two common ways of grouping learners of English as a second language. Five roles of teachers I learned about in this unit are organizer, resource/facilitator, observer, model, and assessor. An organizer gives instructions, organizes students (either into groups for activities or to facilitate a more conducive learning environment), initiates class activities and brings them to a close. It was highlighted in the unit that without a strong organizer, the classroom may quickly dissolve into chaos. A resource/facilitator role is one where the teacher takes a step back, often literally, and lets the students explore learning English on their own, often through an activity or group project. The role of observer is often enacted in conjunction with other roles and is used to see how students are fairing, both academically and emotionally. Learners of English as a foreign language often view their teacher as their go-to source of English knowledge. This includes grammar, pronunciation, usage of idioms, etc.. As the veritable fount of all that is English, it is important to be a positive and accurate resource. An assessor must be fair and consistent in evaluations, grading, feed-back, and encouragement.
