This unit describes the methods used for evaluating students and their level of knowledge in English. There are multiple ways to assess a student:
- TUTORIALS - which to my understanding are given every other week to make sure that all the subjects are successfully understood by the students.
- EVALUATION by students where students have the freedom to evaluate their own course , where teachers and students are discussing the methods and activities used by their teacher . This kind of test is mainly given to help teachers to check what can they do better to progress or what lessons do they need to review in a particular course .
- TESTS - here I focused on a variety of tests given for different reasons at appropriate time for appropriate lesson or course .
The importance of this unit ,to me , falls on the correct forms and manner of analyzing a student's accomplishments , nonetheless , teacher's methodological experience , by covering all the basics needed for moving forward on to the next step in study of the English language .
