Unit 5 covers different aspects of classroom management. It explores the pros and cons of different classroom arrangements as well as ways of grouping the students. Moreover, guidelines are given for giving individual attention, giving instructions effectively as well as maintaining discipline in class. Creating good rapport and the appropriate use of eye contact, voice tone and gestures by the teacher is mentioned as well.
Personally I found the guidelines for giving instructions and creating good rapport most useful.
