I learned about being a patient teacher and how to avoid conflict. Sometimes my first instinct is to become irritated when I'm not being listened to, and for a classroom setting, that won't be helpful. It is also a good idea to ask other staff for advice if there are difficult students in the classroom. I think depending on my class size, I'd like to try and familiarize the students with one another and encourage them to be comfortable with one another so no one will be ashamed to practice their english in class.
