As in any other job where you have to be in front of people, it is so important as a teacher to be prepared. With this chapter I could see how important it is to know, what you will do in a class. The students deserve to come into a prepared class. They also will realize if the teacher knows what he is doing or not. I can imagine for a new teacher it will be way more difficult to make a lesson plan than for a teacher with experience.
