It's really important not to stick to a method but take every class indivitual in the way they are seated and worked with. You as a teacher have to be really careful to react in every situation in the right way. Not to lose your control over the class, that the discipline is most time around. But also give the students a freedom to talk and express them self, even if it gets a little bit loud, for a example in a pair or small group activity.
