This is the final unit of the course and it looks at common problems teacher may encounter in the classroom. It looks at the best way to approach the first lesson, as an unfamiliar teacher for example it's best to use the first lesson as a means of establishing rapport and getting an understanding of the students' level. This lesson gives tips on breaking the ice, getting reluctant students to participate, dealing with larger classes as well as students that vary in levels.
