This unit has taken my trough the different roles of being a teacher. It has enlightened me as of what makes a good teacher, the different roles a teacher can adapt to and the difference in the students behavior and learning abilities. It has taught me the core values of what a good teacher is and has made me reflect upon my own personal favorite role that i am most likely to adapt to. It is my understanding and personal opinion, that a good teacher has to be able to adapt to the specific roles covered in this unit. Depending on who the students are and their English abilities, there are multiple roles to take in order to create a good environment and thus a good and motivated learning.
