This unit is to distinguish the roles of teachers and learners. In addition to point out the differences between adult learners and three stages of young learners within their motivation, experience, and behaviour. Moreover, the content showed the effects of learning experience of the adult and young learners. At the last section talked about the language level of learners. This unit provided more idea and knowledge to me for understanding the role of teachers and learners in the class and the behaviour and feeling of the learners in different age. Therefore, I have more ideas to devise the particular lesson for each stages of students.
