In this Unit, I have learned something about "ESA" teaching method-Engage,Study and Activate. On the engage part, students will get to know each others. The Warm up part will also help teachers to know more about our students and their levels. On the Study stage, teachers will try to elicit students very often, they will focus on the target language. On the third stage, teachers will try to encourage students to practice the target language and give them positive feedbacks.
