This lesson was important to the lesson plan and knowing how to effectively engage with students when it pertains to building rapport and establishing group sizes within the classroom setting. I really liked that in the passage it stated that you don't have to be an extrovert to be a good teacher. The passage appeals to teachers of different personalities, while it aims to identify and show how to help different students.
