Having lived in Russia for the last 5 years, I have come to understand several things about non-native English speakers. I coach an advanced level group, in business English, and although their speaking skills are excellent, when you give them a writing exercise, things are VERY different. I also have a friend, who can write amazingly well, speak very well, but her listening skills definitely need some attention. This module and the previous one relating to reading and listening, have been very useful to me in regard to things I have stated above...a fluent speaker does NOT always equate to a good listener or a competent writer...very good modules.
