Having done some business English coaching already here in Moscow, a lot of this unit seems like common sense to me, but there were one or two good things that I picked up, with regard to appropriacy, as 95% of my students have all been individual, so it has all been very much focused on the students needs.
With a group, I would need to make sure that the vocabulary in particular, was suitable and appropriate to the entire group.
