unit 20 is short and interesting unit that gives me a lot of important points. it all about the problems that a teacher can face while teaching and the possible solutions for such problems. I gain a lot of important points starting from the first class handling, the kinds of students I can face, about warmers, what to do when students in the same class have different levels, how to handle the use of native language, how to handle large class, improving reluctant students and how to solve listening texts in a class. those above mentioned points are very important to both new and experienced teachers.
