In this final unit, I have learnt about the various problems that may arise when teaching and how to tackle them.
I have learnt about the two different type of groups of students, they are the new group and the existing group, for both the new group and the existing group there are are some suggested activities to build rapport and assess the students language level.
I find the section on warmers very clever as this is a problem that I faced in school, when I reached school and did not want to start on any serious topics, teh games will wake the students up and get them involved and interested in learning the topic, this is an innovative method to arouse a student's interest!
I have also learnt on how to manage students and encourage them to use English when they use their native language instead to communicate.
