This unit was about troubleshooting. It discussed: how to approach the first lessons, warmers, different levels, large classes, use of native language, reluctant students and difficulties with listening text. Examples of activities that can be used during the first lessons and warm up section of the lesson were given. For the other five sections techniques were given on how to approach the situations. The suggested techniques are beneficial in helping to plan and execute a lesson.
