Pronunciation and phonology are quit a new subject for me as I haven’t been taught systematically. There are many things that I need to learn regarding teaching pronunciation and phonology. To teach well, my pronunciation and intonation are better to get more practice to make it perfect. There are several techniques listed in this unit and I need to get familiar with these techniques and put them into practice. Sound joining is another part for speaking fluently and more like native speakers. Manner and place of articulation are also a new area for me to learn. After studying this unit, I feels that I have much to learn and feel a bit pressured, which is a good thing.
