This unit covered common problems that teachers face when in various teaching situations. These situations being first lessons, utilizing warmers, classes with students at different levels or exceptionally large classes, students who are reluctant or prone to use their native language and potential problems in regards to listening exercises. I found the concept of "warmers" very helpful, as well as the advice on how to deal with students using their native language.
