I am currently teaching beginner, children, EFL students. This chapter was particularly helpful to me as it specifically detailed help for that scenario. I also found the information about business EFL classes helpful, as that is an area I would like to pursue in the future. The differences between the different kinds of students - in terms of age, experience, reason for learning, etc - was interesting to see laid out. In particular the notes about workplace dynamics in a business EFL class taught to different types of employees was good to keep in mind as well!
