My overview of Classroom Management intakes organizing the class, individual students in that class, and what takes place within that class. The use of your eyes, voice, gesture, using their names, plus frequent interations will assist in the classroom. Allowing students to produce their own answers erases stress and promotes no pressure. Classroom arrangement can be formed by organizing the age of the students, physical classroom space, material availablity, and even individual personalities play a role.
Rapport can be created between student and teach in many ways. Helping the student understand clearly, forming class groups, or even encouragement on their progress. Interacting with the students when role-playing, reducing ttt to have the students express themselves freely, and help each other win. This is a very helpful portion of the course.
