There is no set rules on how teaching a classroom should go, or no exact way to teach. The most effective path to take when introducing yourself to a new classroom is to adjust and the learn about what will work the best for the class. Some classes may be easier than others, but that does not diminish the fact that the overall goal is for the students to feel more confident and comfortable in speaking and writing English. As educators we set the initial tone and have the students decide whether or not we are there to truly work with them. It will not be easy, but as long as the teacher is willing to take their time, the students can find themselves in a better place with the language than before.
