In Unit 5 I have read and learned about how to plan a lesson. It's quite interesting to understand about how much planning should be needed, and have it also should be flexible at the same time, -for example if the students really enjoys an activity more time should be used on that. Therefor it's also important to create a working document, so you always make sure, the students learns what they are supposed to, and you keep track of where you are in the plan. Also a record of the lesson is very usable, especially if you get sick, and need somebody to cover for you, but also because I know of experience, that sometimes it's difficult to remember, what you have already taught. In my classes with the dancing I also record things, so I remember, especially if I have a lot of different classes on same level, with some of the same materials. The plan for the lesson should be kept simple, flexible, structured, have variations of activities, and mixture of skills. I also saw some lesson planning notes, and it's very effective I believe, here you also write down, what is the aim for the students, -what they should be able to do at the end of the class, what you as a teacher want to be better at, what problems there might occur, the timing of the different activities, -which I think it's also another very important part, because it can be difficult to out think how much time the students use for each activity, but with experience and knowing the students better, it will become easier. In the Unit I also saw examples of Task Materials, and it's definitely something, that I can us ein the future !
