Unit 19 covers how to prepare and delivery a lesson to beginners, adults, children, business English classes and classes with people who are multilingual. The thing i noticed that remains constant across all levels is making sure students stay motivated. I think it's the most important aspect about being an effective ESL teacher. If students aren't motivated they won't be able to get far. As a teacher, I need to make sure I consider everyone's needs and create a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
