This unit is about lesson planning. I am glad to know about several reasons why we have to do it. It’s very interesting that people will have different opinions towards lesson planning, especially experienced teachers. In our school, we have many experienced teachers, some of they did bring it up that they don’t need lesson plan to teach. It’s really hard to understand, because in Asian Society, as a teacher, you will need to write it and try to describe as details as we can. This also make me to think about my flexibility in my class.
