Unit 19 entitled "Teaching Special Groups" starts by presenting the various categories of beginners and tips for teaching English to beginners. It goes ahead to present the advantages and disadvantages of teaching individual lessons, how to teach children, things to consider before discipline. The unit ends up by treating how to teach English to business people.
This unit has greatly taught me the teaching of business English as far as the teaching process is concerned.
I have also learnt and seen a sample of a needs analysis which i did not know till now. In fact, this unit has enlightened me on how to teach English to foreigners and i do not regret ever taking the course.
