The content of this unit explained in an easy manner the difference and the importance of the receptive skills (reading and listening) in contrast with the productive skills (speak and writing) and the importance of their application in a balanced approach during lessons.
I have learnt and recognize the number of problems and particular skills that have to be implemented, and how to apply the ESA approach when using receptive skills during class.
