These two videos are very interesting and useful to watch. You can clearly see how the attitude, unstructured way of teaching and behavior and manner of the teacher in video 1 is effecting the students. He makes them feel uncomfortable, insecure and wrong. He laughs at them, when answering wrong and ells them things like: "At least somebody got it right", "you have done nothing", "it's quite easy right", which makes them feel submissive, and not good enough. His attitude is rude and annoying, which makes the student feel useless. He points at the students, don't introduce himself or asks for their names. He don't let the late comers answer, just because they didn't put up a name sign. He picks up his phone and looks out the window during class, which indicates he don' really care. He suddenly says, time is up, and that they a running late, which shows he didn't know of to structure the time. He leaves the class room with just a "bye then", without making sure, the students learned anything from class, and showing a very careless teacher. In second video he encourages, and explains clearly what has to be done, explains the activities and helps the students along. He have thought out what is supposed to be learned from the lesson, and thereafter structured the class. The content and way it should go about. He introduces himself to start with and asks for their names, which shows interest and engages the students. He makes sentences and makes sure they understand the meaning of them, before he pulls of the words, that they should learn from the lesson; "necessary", "acceptable" etc. He also makes examples by acting situation, making sue they really gets it, before continuing. He makes the lesson funny, and smiles during class. He also makes the student say out the words loud both together and one by one, to make sure, they do it correct.
