In this Unit I have learnt the importance of building a good rapport with all the class as well as being able to embody the different teaching roles when necessary. Also, the relevance of how to carry out each role and being able to switch according to the class needs (considering factors such as age, cultural background, motivation, learning experience, among others).
Furthermore, I have learnt that the more enthusiastic, motivated and caring a teacher is, the more likely the students will engage in the lesson. It is therefore, of utmost importance that lessons are varied, interesting, useful and enjoyable.
