I love phonology so this unit was very interesting for me! Many of my students struggle with English pronunciation so I enjoy doing tongue twister warm ups with them. I really like how the lesson covers how speech actually sounds. Knowing that words sound different in a sentence than maybe spoken by themselves is important. Knowing how to link words together in speech is important for not only speaking but also listening.
