This unit was interesting because a lot of classroom will have a large difference in materials available depending on the location. I am in the United States and already see drastic differences between two schools within ten minutes of each other. Some classrooms have smart boards, others do not. Some rely on overhead projectors, while other schools or classrooms have none of these materials. When I was in Thailand and Laos, there was no smart board or overhead projector or computer. We mainly relied on flashcards/role-play cards, discussions, and other visual aids.
