This unit gave information on students speaking and writing skills. These two topics vary but are both very important. For speaking we have opportunities to focus on give them accurate grammar and pronunciation followed but fluency where students can speak freely even while making a mistake. These two lessons come hand in hand while learning. Learning the accurate terms and words then practicing freely. We also covered the importance of writing and how this may be the most difficult part as opposed to speaking. With writing we learn grammar, correct spelling and punctuation. We learn interesting lessons to get students writing for example having them write about a newspaper picture on what they think it going on. It is a chance for them to write freely while practicing their writing skills.
