From this unit, I have learned that learning process cannot be judged by only one sided, from teacher perspective or learner perspective. Both perspectives take an important role in achieving good learning process. A teacher should have a good capability in teaching particular subject, while a learner should have a willingness to learn. As they have it, they will absorb all the subjects like a sponge. In addition to create a good learning process, teacher should be able to motivate the students and pay attention to the language level according to the students level.
