This unit is of a great use because of all the essential information it cointains, such as: the description of what a good learner and a good teacher must look like; various difficulties any teacher might face with in a classroom; 6 basic levels of knowing English and their brief overview; a few reason people want to study English etc. I found it useful, especially for those who have never before dealt with teaching English. As for me, I have been an English teacher for over 3 years now, but I still learnt something new and interesting, f.e. how different levels of knowing English are called (Vantage, Breakthrough and so on)
