These two videos are meaningful for me. First video demonstrated a lot of mistakes that I made during my class as well, and I did not aware of it until I saw the video. I do learnt so much from the second video which was a big success since he taught such a complex lesson to a bunch of students with such a bad English base. The deliciated design of the class plan was worth learning and also the attitude and teaching method the teacher use in the class.
