This course is to help each individual students on their needs and stretch out the issues before it would become a problem like handling new groups or existing groups, small groups or larger groups. In these, it is much easier to handle existing group where the the students already know each other how they will help each other in some concerns. With students whose not participating the teacher needs some motivation on how will he or she will learn in the way that she's most comfortable like role play, pair or small group where everyone has to contribute each ideas. It is also important to have clear instructions to be understood by all so to avoid the students using native language other than English. Establishing rapport with all the students helped a lot to boost the students interest and build self confidence.
