hese two videos clearly showed the difference between effective teaching and ineffective teaching. The students in the second video were more motivated and much more engaged, because the instructor was able to learn students' names and apply them in his teaching. His lesson was much more visual and upbeat, whereas in the first video the instructor was unclear and often had a negative attitude. The lessons were not as clear as the second lesson, because there was not much pattern to his teaching. Students often seemed unclear with classroom routines and appeared not to be excited about learning as the second video. It is important when teaching to apply visual props to facilitate prompts and key concepts to learning.
