In this unit it`s written that we can use evaluation by the students or use tutorials, it will work only with the adult students. With the younger learners it`s better to use tests or just pay attention to the students` work during the lessons.
Also in this unit a brief description of the external tests are given and I got that there is also ESOL Sklls for life (UK) - I've never heard about this test.
