It is really interesting and helpful to look at the different examples in reality and not just theory Theory can only get you so far and then i think teachers often think that it will go one way all the time and when you see an example of a practice lesson like this then you understand that for the most part each lesson will go a little differently and that the way you change the lesson to keep students engaged even if it is small things can make a huge difference. Constantly being flexible and paying attention to engagement and being flexible about potential cutting things out if they appear to not be holding students attention.
