I am a Korean teacher. I faced these kind of problems in many times. I think I get through this successfully but always it comes in different way and I still feel difficulty to sovlve problem situations. I could see very useful skills to control classes and students, to get them to improve foreign language. From the first lesson, teachers have to be a good observer to understand their student’s language level and character, to make an appropriate further lesson plan. I’m teaching Japanese monolingual classes and they are very shy and are having pressure to speak out loud all the time. So I want to solve this problems by using skills that I leant from this course.
