In this unit I got a thorough idea of the importance of what i used to call before, the four language skills. confirming that they are all equally important was of great importance to me as I have always been cornered with questions like "which skill is the most important and which one should i focus on from my L2. Skimming, scanning that was academic English fragments. but I would like to inquire about accent and is it really the 5th skill of language, it's not mentioned here, but I have read about a lot of schools which categorizes accent as the fifth language skill.
