This unit has taught me that there are different aspect that need to be used in managing a class, you have to make sure that there you do certain things that show the students that you are involved but not dominating them , that you can use different gestures to explain things to students and that you should use your voice correctly as to allow for better understanding , eye contact is also very important to be used correctly as it will allow for better communication with students. This unit also teaches that you should know how to discipline students correctly and also how you can use seating arrangement to maintain discipline and allow for a good teaching and learning enviroment
