This unit put emphasis on teaching in special class. It started off separating the different types of beginner students; it provided a list of tips and possible problems. Then it concentrated in a complete and lengthy way on special points to take into account when having classes such as individual 1 to 1, teaching to children and Business English. It provided a Needs Analysis document, in order to find out as much information as possible of company, students objectives, etc... in order to prepare classes according to the needs of such working students. It further mentioned the differences between the monolingual and multilingual classes.
