In this unit I have learned different valuable methods to teach writing and speaking skills. I have learned potential reasons as to why some students might struggle in these areas, and ways to tackle these problems. For what comes to speaking, I have learned that accuracy and fluency are equally important, but that getting and encouraging my students to first and foremost confidentially use the language they have learned is paramount.
