This unit provided video examples of a bad lesson and a good lesson. It was extremely helpful to see a good use of planning, clarity, and confidence. It was also important to see the things to avoid or work on, like in the first video. The first video showed an unplanned, rude, & unconfident teacher who struggled to hit learning objectives. In the second video, we saw much more learner engagement, better time management, less teacher talk time, more rapport building, and clearer transitions/purposes between activities.
