What i have learned from this unit is that the teacher have to earn the respect of the students and should help them and motivate them not by only being the manager and the center of the class but by also sharing activities with the students, being next to them and help them learn in a good way by not making them scared of her/him because students can stop attending classes or end up not learning anything from the classes they're attending because of the pressure the teacher is putting on them in every possible way.
