In Unit 20, it demonstrated ways to deal with possible trouble situations. First lessons is the good to establish rapport with the students, therefore it’s a good idea to prepare various speaking activities to get to know the students. Warmers is used as an Engage activities to motivate students to speak and think in English at the beginning of the class. When facing different level students, teachers could use different materials, same material but different tasks, pairing strong with weak, or don’t do anything. Regardless if the class is large or small, teachers should still avoid the use of native language. And teachers should be resourceful and flexible when dealing with difficulties in the classroom.
