It was interesting to observe how the students reacted in the second lesson with simply having the instructor write down his name and learn how to pronounce the names of each student. There appeared to be mutual respect between the teacher and students in the second lesson whereas in the first lesson, the students were afraid to provide answers. In addition, it was useful to see how important it is to provide context and explain the activity.
