The unit includes a review of teaching classifications of special groups. Groups reviewed in this unit include the following: Beginners, Young Learners, Individuals (1 to 1), Business English, and Multilingual and Monolingual groups. Advice is given on teaching beginners, their five classifications and tips and possible problems which might be encountered. Possible discipline and management problems are also discussed with young learners. A Needs Analysis sample worksheet is also provided for use and which would assist with planning a program or syllabus for teaching business English.
