The unit provided extremely valuable insights as to how a class should be arranged, how problem behavior should be addressed, how students should be grouped, as well as techniques for managing particular situations. The logic on which these rules are based is simple enough and understanding "why" greatly contributes to learning. In addition, I enjoy the TESOL course overall due to a great English vocabulary, which both as English teacher and translator, I am enthusiastic about - a great benefit for being a model to the students I teach.
