From this unit I learned more about how to teach and encourage students with different level. The students in different level has different requires of learning English, and there are 9 different ways give students different feels of teaching, the same point is that they all in order to students as a center except "controller". what we need to do is get more imformation of the source of students' motivation and teach them in different ways. A goood teacher should be flexible and has good knowledge in teaching, be fail, kind, patient in teaching students.
